I'm back at it!

Hi all!

I am back from my trip and all settled in back at home so finally made my delicious Chococnut Banana cupcakes! They are so yummy, lower in sugar for diabetics and gluten free for gluten intolerant people like myself! all topped with chocolatey goodness and coconut shreds. I also made a wonderful classic pumpkin pie per my hubby's requests so I have posted that as well. Enjoy!

Next Creation!

Hey everyone, since I will be leaving tomorrow for ohio I will not be posting much this week. However, I have come up with my next treat I will make when I return...drum roll please....Banana coconut cupcakes (or cake) with coconut bits. These will be organic and possibly even gluten free. If I do not make them gluten free I basically can't eat them which is no fun! See you when I return! Ciao

Hey there all! I have just been so busy I could not get a chance to post anytime sooner. Ihope you have enjoyed my pictures so far and I will be posting more shortly. The red velvet cupcakes I made with a cream cheese raspberry mousse filling and cream cheese icing and the flavor of the week... Pumpkin! I did a pumpkin walnut and cranberry with real cream cheese in the middle and a maple frosting! They came out so amazing...I will be having taste testers soon...Johnny loved them and did not want me giving to many away haha but unfortunately he doesn't eat them fast enough. I will be out of town for a week due to death in the family but I will make sure if I make anything there will be pictures to post! Until next time...

Hey there everyone!

I have just added some new photos for you all to take a peek at! They are actually they cupcakes, cookies and candy that we did for my wedding. It was actually my first venture at making desserts for a big crowd and with everyone's help it came out wonderfully! Thanks to my Mom, Vicki, my sister, Tessa, my Aunt Bunny and my dad, Paul. Thank you so much everyone for visiting and posting on my new blog. With this I hope to spread the word on another venture I hope to make into something just a little bigger. I have loved baking since I was a kid and have taught myself on many different aspects of the industry. I plan on having new creations with the help of you. I want feedback to help me pick the best possible combinations I can. This is the first blog I have ever done before so please be patient. I decided to do this because several of my friends have tried my sweet creations and said I should sell them. So this is how I am going about it. I love to bake and have done it for an extremely long time, all starting with our family recipes of italian cookies. I now would love to serve others with my delicious little treats.
